My son really likes his Roman day costume.

Just what we ordered. It won't last long, but we knew that when we ordered it. Had more pieces than the others we looked at.

Looks great on my 8yr old son but the helmet is small and when he grows only a little bit it will be too small, as he could only just get it on his head, he has only just turned 8 and is average size of the other kids in his class at school so not that big for an 8yr old but the costume size says age 8-10 so I couldn't have bought another size or the whole costume wouldn't fit at all. The bracers are a little bit big on the arms and legs but I made a small stitch on the elastic for adjusting the size to fit and then it was fine. My son is very pleased with the look of the costume overall

Despite the fact that the picture contains both sword and sandals and the helmet appears to be sturdy, the costume contains neither sword, nor sandals and the helmet is manufactured from soft fabric. My 7 year old sons' reaction when he saw the costume was "I've been scammed " and I can't help but agree with him. It is easy enough to put on but is also very flimsy and doesn't look like it will last very long. I'm sure better options are available for less money and Amazon should have been clearer about what was included and excluded.
