Ketone-IQ Exogenous Ketone Energy Shots with Caffeine: I recently started to order the Ketone-IQ shots based on a recommendation from a coworker to help me focus better. This is my second order and is different from my first order because this one includes caffeine. Where my previous order did not. I defiantly prefer this flavor over the plain one. However, since I also drink coffee, I suspect using this type with the caffeine I believe is causing some of my headaches. I plan to switch back to the one that has no caffeine to see if that resolves itself. I will follow up back on my review to confirm if it does go away.

I went into trying these Ketone Energy Shots with high hopes. As a big fan of the performance optimization concepts discussed by people like Steven Bartlett, the idea of a comprehensive energy boost, combining 100mg of Green Tea Caffeine, B vitamins, and 5g of Exogenous Ketones, is genuinely appealing. The execution, however, leaves a lot to be desired, particularly given the extraordinary price point. Performance and Expectations On the positive side, the shots are indeed fast-acting. The blend of caffeine and ketones provides a clean, sustained lift without the jitters or crash associated with heavily sugared energy drinks. It functions exactly as an on-the-go energy shot should. The ingredients are formulated to deliver a mental and physical boost if you are training or need an immediate boost before a big meeting. This is where the product shines and lives up to the conceptual hype. However, the cost is a massive barrier. For a product designed for daily or frequent use, the price is not sustainable, and I expected a truly premium experience across the board for what they charge. The Undeniable Dealbreaker: Flavor This is where the review takes a sharp turn. The flavor is genuinely awful. Trying to get through one shot is a battle of willpower. While they claim to be "Green Apple," the taste is overwhelmingly bitter and medicinal. The artificial flavoring and sweetness doesn't come close to masking the distinct, harsh bitterness of the ketones. The flavor profile is the biggest failure to be an easy, enjoyable part of your routine for a product. It makes the experience unpleasant and actively discourages consistent use. It’s hard to justify the high price for something you must choke down every single time. The manufacturers must focus on reformulating this aspect, as the current taste completely ruins the otherwise decent functional benefits. Final Verdict The Ketone Energy Shot is an excellent idea on paper, offering a compelling blend of brain and body fuel. It is an effective energy product that does not cause crashing. However, its effectiveness is overshadowed by two significant issues: the extraordinary price and the genuinely awful taste. This is a very tough recommendation until the company figures out how to deliver a palatable flavor. You pay a premium for a high-performance concept, but the delivery makes compliance difficult.

I got all of the flavors and the taste was fine for me. My concerns: sucralose or stevia - better option is allulose or monk fruit...but I'm happy they didn't use sugar alcohols; 5 gms ketones is reduced from prior 10 gms ketones/serving = less for the same price or more! This could be entry intro to ketones for tolerance without side effects, but low dose demands frequent servings for decent effect/usefulness = too expensive $$$$ I Don't plan to purchase more!

This is one of the most awful-tasting liquids ever! I could only choke down 1/2 a bottle...I tried, I really did. I did 1/2 a bottle and then read that if you put it in Juice, it makes it better, so I tried that. NOPE. It was just as awful. It tastes like what I think a bottle of sweat would taste like. BUT, it may have given me energy....I wasn't sure, and I only did 1/2 a bottle, so I tried again. I almost threw up, but managed to choke down a little more than 1/2 the bottle. It gave me some energy. But I just don't know how I would ever be able to take this, given how it tastes. I had the Green Apple flavor, so maybe it's just that one in particular. But I can't return it here on Amazon. So I am attempting to get a hold of the company. I couldn't get through to them with the phone number they provided....it was an automated line, and the only option was for me to get their "special deal" ....they said I won a free Life Alert --haha....and there was never a way to get out of the phone system to talk to a person about this refund. Just sign up for their "free" Life Alert. So I sent an email....we will see how that goes. The card inside said Fell the difference of its free. So we will see if they refund my money.
