Great Product
This sleeve is well worth every penny! The fabric is soft but supportive. It breathes so it doesn't become too warm when you wear it. It's not intrusive to daily activities such as housework or computer work. I had a case of golfer's elbow and the support was great. I plan on keeping it around whenever I feel my elbows start giving me trouble.

Excellent For Medial Epicondylitis With Slight Modification
I have chronic medial epicondylitis, pain in my lower forearm, from elbow reconstruction after an encounter between my bicycle and a truck. Last year I bought Ultra Flex's knee compression sleeve for ITB (AKA runner's knee), and it was a great help with my PT. I decided to try their elbow sleeve, but was initially disappointed. There was more pressure on the elbow joint than was comfortable (it has pins in it), and not enough on the inflamed muscle. I'd tried one of the pressure bands sold for tennis and golf elbow problems, but it actually made it feel worse--it was too narrow and irritated the inflamed muscle. It occurred to me to try doubling Ultra Flex's sleeve over, so all the compression was concentrated on medial epicondyle. It worked! The first relief I've had since the surgery. Will include pics, one of the "normal" way to use it, the second doubled up. The latter places it directly under the elbow joint. I wonder if this wouldn't work for tennis and golf elbow also? It's way more comfortable than those narrow Velcro pressure bands.

Love the material. Hoping for a size XL in the future.
Love the material. Almost love the fit. I have decent size arms(18" bicep), so it's a little snug, but that's ok for when I'm actually working out. Too tight to just wear around the house for more than a couple hours. Provides compression and a little warmth. Received it next day with Prime. Still an awesome product. Way to go, guys. Keep up the good work.

Just over 12" around elbow over 15" in bicep and felt it was too tight, for smaller arms...
I tried this because along with a sever case of tennis elbow that I had steroid shots and physical therapy, I started to develop bicep pain inside the elbow joint which was diagnosed as bicep tendonitis. I was forced to stop my weight lifting for fear of a bicep tear and was sidelined for 2 months. When I returned to lifting under Drs care I tried this to help with the discomfort I was still feeling. My elbow measures just over 12" and from the sizing chart I needed the XL. My bicep is nearly 16" and I have to admit this was just way too tight. The rubber is fairly thick that when I went to bend my arm the rubber would squish and force my arm open, just too thick. The design is nice, and it was actually comfortable besides being too tight, the material would be fine if it fit better. I had to return it because I couldn't wear it long and for lifting was out of the question. They should consider reducing the thickness inside the arm elbow joint so when you bend the arm there isn''t a force causing your arm to open. So if your arm measures 16" or more you might want to reconsider.

Ulta Flex compression sleeve
I love these compression sleeves. I have one for elbow & one for knee & they are the best I've ever had. I have tried several over the years due to pain in my knee & elbow & thanks to these sleeves, I am much more comfortable & my joints love the support. They are still comfortable even after wearing them all day. They stay put & don't need constant repositioning. The four way stretch makes a huge difference in both comfort & support. Try it, you won't regret it, I'm pretty sure they even have a money back return policy if for any reason you're not satisfied. I'll be a customer of Ulta flex for life.

Great elbow support
I've had chronic tennis elbow for 2 decades and have tried many different braces, pull on, velcro, etc.Velcro ones are good but velcro wears out within a year or soBought this ultraflex over 2 months ago and wear it everyday for a good part of the day,I got a large and it is tight but then it's supposed to be, provides great support and doesn't slide around much.If your arms are bigger than 16+ in. then this will be too small. One little pill in it but is not unraveling so we'll see how ling it lasts but for the price a great brace.

Large ok for 14-15 inch elbow
I ordered the large, it is about the correct size for my elbow circumference of about 14-15 inches. It is tight almost too tight. But I am waiting to see if it will stretch as I use it. I hope it doesn't stretch too much and start to slip. If you have an elbow circumference greater than 14-15 inches, the large will be too small. You had better find a different brand.I've had this for 2 years now, it still has retained it's elasticity and fits snuggly on my arm.

Great for Arthritis
I have rheumatoid arthritis and constantly have issues with my elbows. This is by far the best feeling brace I've come across. I usually prefer a brace that straps so I can adjust as necessary as I usually have some degree of bursitis. This one seems to have the right amount of stretch. It also breathes very well. Can't go wrong with this sleeve.
