I was previously using the Hado Labo Tokyo face was and lotion and had run out, but it was unavailable to order without a ridiculous hike in price, so I went I went with a Neutrogena scrub and was going to squeeze some life out of what I had left in moisturizer to tide me over until I could get my regular products. I was so broken out after 3 days that I had to make a change, and quick. I’ve always had issues with finding a face product that doesn’t break me out.So, the ingredients in Chic Republic Renew caught my eye - rosehip seed oil in particular, because it has been soothing to me before, but also the Reishi in the face wash. We just got a new hand lotion at work that has reishi and I am slightly obsessed. I felt like the universe was shining a light on this product line for me to try.. and I could not be happier. My face cleared up immediately and I will not be going back to Hado Labo when this runs out. I have been using these for two weeks now and have not experienced any [unpleasant] surprises or regretsI am trying to transition into using organic and naturally derived products in all areas of my life and a lot of them can leave you wanting.. not these. I love the way my skin feels nourished and fresh. The skin around my eyes stays moisturized and healthy looking, reducing the appearance of my old lady lines 😏. This is one that a little goes a long way and there is an absorption time required before putting makeup on (due to coconut oil, I imagine, because I always experience this) but there are also many days that I go out without makeup on and can sometimes experience products making my skin splotchy and reddish. Using the Renew facial wash and face cream does not have that effect at all. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I like how moisturizing this product is and the scent, but it leaves my face VERY greasy during the day!

I must say that I'm absolutely thrilled with this Renew face moisturizer! I was concerned that being a moisturizer it would make my complexion more oily than it is but after 2 weeks of use that hasn't happened. I have some wrinkles around my mouth and some fine lines on my face and neck and this soft, silky, formula is making my face and neck smooth, supple and velvety! It has a very light clean scent and I feel a soft tingling which tells me it's working. I love that it's made with organic ingredients and vitamins and has no additives or chemicals you can't pronounce or define unless you Google it. I'm a permanent user and can highly recommend this delectable face moisturizer and would give it 10 stars if I could!

Overall I really like this product! The scent is amazing!! not overwhelming at all, very subtle and fresh. I love how a little goes a long way too. Very easy to spread along the face and neck when applying.My only “dislike” (and this is with many moisturizers that I apply on my skin) is that it make me feel a LITTLE greasy and shinny. It’s rare that I find moisturizers that set in quickly and make my feel moisturized w/o a little greasy feel.Overall, the above statement isn’t enough of an issue for me not to PURCHASE AGAIN. So far I’m really liking it.

I bought this moisturizer for its good customer ratings and also for the ingredients but it was damaged, it has no consistency, I was afraid to use it so I do not think it works it seems with pieces of cheese.

I decided to order this product on a whim because I was out of moisturizer. I had no idea what to order so I searched for a product with anti-aging ingredients. I read the reviews and because they were so good I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I tried this product. It’s not greasy or too thick. You only need a very small amount, literally have a pump; a very small amount goes a long way. The smell is very mild and present. My skin feels hydrated and soft after use.

I bought this because I have sensitive skin.The first time I tried to use these 2 products I was initially overwhelmed by the very pungent fragrance! I happened to have sensitivity to fragrance added products and wasn’t able to use this product line. Seemed like the product would have been great - however without the added fragrance! The sellers/manufacturers were wonderful to deal with and sent me another unsolicited moisturizer product - along with a make up sponge. It was very nice of them especially since I was unable to use the product and had returned both.

I have been using this daily moisturizer for a couple of weeks now, and it is just what I needed. I was surprised how thick the consistency is--a little goes a long way. But it is not greasy and I have had no breakouts (having to worry about wrinkles and breakouts at the same time is a pain). It has a pleasant scent, is cruelty free, and the bottle is bigger than expected.--6 months later, I have ordered my second bottle. Haven't quite run out of the first yet, and don't want to. This is a great, non-greasy daily moisturizer, and does not irritate my hypersensitive eyes.
