Replaced 6 pills with 1
I have a vitamin d deficiency according to a blood test, but if I take this dose my blood test comes back good. I'm still new to these pills. They smell very clean. I literally replaced 6 pills with 1. It's great and rice is better than the cheap oil that was put in my old pills. This is how much vitamin D3 I need to not be in pain. I'll report back after a while. This is my first day taking them. Been taking them for a while. The pills are great. They work to prevent pain.

Great for nurve pain with consistent use.
If you weren't aware, high potency vitamin D mixed with K2 being the activator, can really help with nerve pain such as sciatica in my case. I rotate brands as prices fluctuate but try to stick with 20,000 IU which is roughly 4x the daily value for the average person without ailments. Its not dangerous in any way. I have never heard of a single person NOT benefiting from extra vitamin D. I've been doing it for several years daily and its definitely minimized my sciatic nurve pain. Its no miracle cure ut every little bit helps as you age. This brand seems to be high quality.

Good value
High amount of vitamin D3 plus K2. Good value for the money. I would have preferred them in coconut oil instead of rice powder, but couldn't fin 20,000 iu in coconut oil with the K2. But, these will do the job
