I have purchased one prestige electric kettle Item failed within one year Quality is not as expected. It is not worth for the value

Gr8, value for money product

The product has metallic scratch marks near its spout on the inner aspect and on the outer side there has been a wax like glue used as an adhesive. The quality of the metal is not so good. The product was delivered in 5 hours but as since 10 days I've been trying to return it / exchange it without any luck. Connecting with AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE has become impossible as currently there is no way in which we can talk to a,customer care representative. It appears as if deliberately either through Amazon or the seller, a defective piece was delivered, and now as I keep placing a return / exchange request, its getting cancelled automatically. Have attempted 4-5 times with images and videos in the last 20 days . Extremely disappointed 😞😔!!!
