The patches work pretty good. I was having an issue with the patch the dexcom comes with. This keeps the sensor in place. It does leave residue on your arm.

These are better and easier to put on than the ones that come with the sensors. The cut out fits around sensor better.

These hold the dexcom 7 sensor and does not allow it to peel. You can shower and swim and it holds.
