Package is damaged both inside & outside and also litter sand weight is low

Too much dust, clumping could have been better.
The litter sand is very small and has a lot of dust. Everytime the litter has to be cleared, the fine dust keeps rising into the air even for small movements. Overall I would rate it okay but not great. The clumping is not great either splintering off causing a lot of smaller clumps which are too small for scooping out. So not easy to clean..it sticks into the paws and saw you see it trailing all over the place.
