I love that these boots are not for decoration but are warmly lined. I read other reviews that said they are not waterproof, so I will waterproof them myself. But I took one star off because they are so big in the calf. They already have expansion elastic gores in the back, so I’m not sure why they need to be so wide at the top. They just are.

I bought these boots to wear on an upcoming trip to China, at a time when it will be very cold. Living in SoCal, I haven't yet had a chance to test out their warmth since it is still in the high 80's in October. However, I can say that they seem to be extremely comfortable and of good quality. I wear a 7 1/2 in shoes, but bought a size 8 in this boot, thinking that I will be wearing wool socks with them. Perfect! There is room also, in the leg of the boot so that I can wear them over thicker leggings with no problem. Love that! I am 5'5" and 129 lbs., if that helps.I give an update on quality and warmth in late December, after wearing them in cold, cold weather and walking for miles!

I love this boot! We ride motorcycles during the cold winter months. Although they are not as warm as they say they are rated for, they are very comfortable for long walking & my feet stay dry during wet weather. They are not slick on wet surfaces, wash off easily & most important, fit my thick calves which has been a big issue for me with boots.

I have super skinny calves (13" at the widest point), so finding boots has always been an exercise in futility. These boots are obviously not skintight, but they aren't very gappy either, and are comfy+cute to boot. Ha! They are also HOT. So for me, these are cold weather only--my feet get too hot for even late fall wear.

These boots are pretty well constructed and cozy. If you have skinny calves, these boots are not for you. I kept them because I have average size calves, but they are pretty big at the top. Also, I feel like the footbed good be a bit more comfy for the $$. Overall sturdy and fun looking.

I just received my boots last night. I have shopped for a long time to find a boot that is warm, has a good tread & look great....these are exactly what I have been looking for. Now that I have them & love them, I am ordering them in Brown too. I am size 6 and they fit as expected. UPS could not find my address so delivery was held up a couple days. However, the customer service from Comfy Moda was EXCELLENT! As soon as they received the message that UPS couldn't find me, they emailed me directly to verify my address. There were several follow up emails to make sure I was kept informed on the shipment and I was completely satisfied with their product. I will buy from them again.

Great for winter. I love that the whole boot has the shearling lining. Haven't had any snow or ice to test the tread on the bottom, but it looks comparable to other winter boots. These are rated to -22F and they are also water resistant, so I'm looking forward to dry, toasty toes this winter!

These boots are perfect, except I was not expecting the calf portion to be so large. However, I have adapted and these have become my favorite pair of boots to wear during the winter! Following up one year later...These boots lasted through a harsh winter but the sole has ripped 3/4ths the way down the shoe. These were great for a year, but unfortunately are not long term!

I love these boots, they are warm and look great, they keep water out much better than every similar boot I bought in the past. This is my second pair. I abused my first pair because of my special orthopedic insoles which were kinda big. I just purchased another pair and I am delighted that the insoles are removable now. This is a great boot. I am very satisfied.

I have only worn these for about a week, very happy with the purchase so far.Pros:- Nice style, I've already received compliments.- Good fit. I am a size 7.5-8, and I bought size 8 to allow for thick socks. They do feel a tad loose if I only wear stockings, but good fit with regular socks. Fit well around jeans.- Warm with normal socks on -20C+ winter.- Comfortable to walk in, though I don't walk as much.- Easy access with the side zippers! This was one of the main features I wanted in my winter boots. I can't deal with those tall boots and laces, so much time invested in putting then on and off. I have very long work days, 12+ hours, so the last thing I wanted was to waste precious minutes struggling to put on winter boots, like I did with my old pair.Cons:- They let a tad bit of water in. However, we had quite a bit of snow the day before, and the next day it got warmer and there was slush EVERYWHERE, so avoiding all puddles became impossible. These performed well, my feet never got cold or truly wet, only the tiniest hint of moisture in the tip of the right foot. I will be buying a waterproofing spray just in case. These are indeed A-OK for heavy winters.- Need to be careful with ice.- The material inside itches a bit, but only when wearing very thin socks. No problem with regular socks.Would definitely buy again. Good as a gift as well.

Wow!!! I love the look and feel of these boots. My feet stay warm when I am outside. I bought these to keep my feet warm and looking good when I'm out shopping or on a short walk. I don't think my feet would stay warm if I was out ice fishing or snowmobiling but I already have boots for that. They just aren't the nicest looking....lol.

I bought these boots very excited seeing as they look very nice. When I recieved them, I noticed that they were not the colour I ordered. I was okay with that though, seeing as they were still very nice boots at a reasonable price, however within a couple months they completely fell apart. Well, one of them did anyway. The entire sole was starting to seperate from the rest of the boot and that is horrible when you have to walk to and from work in the cold. I could literally feel the snow beneath my feet. Today I had to finally cut the boot off of my foot after trying to get the defective zipper undone for more than 10 minutes. This was only happening with one boot and I'm sure it doesn't happen often, but regardless, I will never buy from this company again and I hope that I can inform others on this as well.

I use to slip a lot while walking on snow and ice. I wanted a stylish yet a good quality boots that will keep me warm for longer time. I am happy to have purchased these boots. They are worth the price. They keep me warm for a very long time due to the comfort soft fur layer inside the boots. They have a slight heel for height(I love it) and excellent grip.I have used it for more than 3 winters now and it is still good as new. Extremely water proof too. Go for it!
