Missing parts
Device was used before I received it. It was missing the usb cord and was scratched on the glasses and device.

Nice device and not expensive
We just started using the Therapy Device but cannot use it with the tripod. We are missing a part that screws the tripod to the pin that holds the device. Very unhappy with that part but it is easy to use, are using it on our pet that has real bad arthritis on his hips and back legs and hope to see results soon. It was highly recommended to us.

Good product
I bought for my toy poodles knee injury. Spouse and myself have used on our achesand find it to work well on shoulder and knee pain for us. Too soon to say for dog but high hopes. Would buy again
