Lecker, Regeneration funktioniert prima damit. Geschmack ist auch wirklich Himbeere, kein chemischer Geschmack. Nicht zu schwer und lenkt vom Heißhunger auf Süßkram ab.

Venían defectuosos
Los dos últimos paquetes que he recibido venían defectuosos con un pequeño agujero en el plástico, el exterior manchado de polvo y todo esto hace que el propio contenido se vea diferente y no sepa igual En la primera foto se puede ver la línea que hace que esté defectuoso y en la segunda foto se nota el polvo fuera del contenido

Used to be great, now unpalatable.
I have been using SIS's REGO specifically the Chocolate version for about 3 years now for my post run and gym sessions. I loved it mixed well with just cold water, the taste and the results on dispelling any lactic acid build up and aiding my recovery for the next day. Since the change in recipe, I find it doesn't mix well and the taste is awful, so much so this will be my last purchase. Its a pity they changed to a Vegan recipe when only 5.8% of the population is Vegan, I'm all for choice so give me the original none vegan choice back and I may return. If anyone else finds a decent replacement let me know.
