I have found this product to be incredibly effective and very easy to use. For me it has 'cured' leaks in the garage roof, and where I had not been clever enough when replacing the roof on our outside loo. This spray sealed the gap between the wall and the roofing sheets.

Easy to use but not sure if it is watertight, but might have been my application!

Outstanding customer service. Initially I received a product that I couldn’t open it and when I tried hard, it broke and became useless. I contacted the seller and they called me immediately and posted another one for me the next day. This product is very good and does the job . It absolutely worked in fixing my gutter leak. Bit sticky on hand if touched so better use it with gloves. Customer service amazing and will recommend it and buy again if needed.

Test this product first om some scrap wood or plastic to get used to using it. You have to shake it a lot and read the directions for how far away you hold can from object you want to seal. If you don't shake it or hold far enough away it dries a white colour which looks horrific on my black fascia!

I haven't used the product yet, yet again l find the information misleading the reason l bought this item it said can be used in the wet but on the back of the can it said make sure everything is dry?

I used this product for rainwater leaking under a balcony. It stopped the water running down the wall when sprayed into the gap.
