Would someone please post an ingredient list?

I ordered this and as pictured (which I did not notice) these are identified as a refill pack. What are they refilling? I can't find a dispenser.

When I first ordered these it did have a blue plastic box with a lid, not really a dispenser and I found that the towelettes dried out faster in the box so I threw it out and just use the refills as they come....no problem, I love these things and highly recommend them.
