I have extremely sensitive skin and jet black hair. So anything that irritates my scalp well you get the idea. Amazon and the company that produces this product haven't had it in stock for years. YEARS! I bought 4 of these because I have no idea when this stuff is going to run out of stock and if it does when it'll come back. Great value for your money. Incredible hold, your hair will get stiff if you use a lot, you don't need much with this stuff honestly, and you can always break up the crunchy texture by apply a hair palm or wax after it dries in 10 seconds. It still retains 90% of it's hold when you do that but the wax helps break up the stiff feel. Super effective, doesn't dry out my scalp (incredible feet), no weird smells, and it's just a great product.

The best chemical free hairspray. Sold at Mayo Clinic pharmacies. my hair never felt or looked as clean and full as after using Vanicream products--shampoo, cream rinse, gel, hairspray. After shampoo and cream rinse, I rinse with cold water and keep a gallon of distilled water in shower. Turn off shower & Pour @ 1-2 cups distilled water in a plastic stadium cup and slowly rinse thru hair. Amazing improvement--my thin fine hair looks fuller and shinier than ever. Gel or hairspray does not weigh down hair but provide so holding so hair looks fuller and has more body..

I have rosacea and hair products are a constant irritant. This hairspray is the only one I found that does not cause rosacea type 2 pustules. It is a firm hold and unscented. It is not as fine a spray as L'Oreal Elnett, so I reduced it by one star. The hold is great on a windy day. Definitely not a wimpy hairspray.
