The hat is light weight, comfortable, and stylish. It came in a bag instead of a box; however, there was a semi-rigid plastic insert to help the hat maintain its shape while in shipment. After careful examination, I found the hat to have NO flaws. This hat is a really good buy.

This hat is a great fit. Even with adjustable inseam and this look never goes out of style. Price is a good deal. And you will feel like a million bucks from all the compliments from everyone. The company does a great job in packaging and letting you know they appreciate your business

Nice quality hat, came with inside plastic mold to hold shape plus came in box! However it was a bit large. I wear x-large in most hats and ordered it in x-large. Though it did come with a drawstring in the headband that made it fit proper, also came with the little sponge things that you can attach in the headband to make it fit proper -nice touch.

I like the looks, and quality of the hat but I wish that it would fit better.

I have a long 7 5/8 size head. Extra large only size hats. M/XL are always too small. I think that this came in at 7 and 3/4. I snugged the draw string a tad and knotted it. It fits perfectly. The fabric is soft. and very comfortable. I can lean my head back against a headrest and the brim doesn't even get in the way, just folds and pops back when finished.It did come with a small fold in the brim at the 5 o'clock position. After a couple of weeks it is beginning to relax. I haven't bothered to try to steam it out or what ever they recommend. I didn't drop it a star because it is just so dang comfortable!

I selected this hat largely because it had multiple sizes available. My head is quite large so I was optimistic that the XL would fit and it’s perfect. The hat looks great and is comfortable to wear. It also travels well. I took it to Europe this year in my checked baggage (utilizing the plastic form that came with it) and even after being partially crushed for several hours, it was easy to pop back into shape. Would definitely recommend.

I love the look of this hat, the color is spot and the XL fit on my 61cm-62cm head is really good. However this hat is going to require a lot of work. First strike is Amazon crushed this hat big time fortunately it was not creased. The brim has a really odd curl that is not even from side to side that is going to require some steam work. More importantly the pinch is not centered on the crown. I believe this is all correctable with steam work but even for an inexpensive hat I would expect things to be centered.

My hat came crushed in a flimsy plastic bag. The plastic protector was also crushed. I was able to restore the hat by slightly moistening the hat and gently reshaping it. After a couple of times, I was able to restore the shape. It was like a miracle. Paper straw is so forgiving. Just remember to avoid the rain! I was not able to activate the warranty despite following the directions online. Just the same, I love this hat.
