The one and only
When I marched DCI and WGI back in the 90s, we always used George Miller Ultimate rifles, which I loved. But since those are no longer made, this is the standard. Excellent weight and balance, and great durability.

Too heavy
When I revived my rifle it was very over weighted,i exchanged it and will update when i receive my rifle again. Hopefully its better weighted.Update: I received my rifle after returning it, and its perfect weight now. Im so glad after all that its fine now!

36" not 39"
Everything was great except for the fact that I ordered and paid more for a 39" and got a 36".

Excellent!
Best rifle on the market! Spins excellently, and extremely durable. It's not the official rifle of a few world class drum corps for nothing.

Break easy
2 of these rifles have broken within a month of having them. The first drop they crack, second drop they break. Not durable.

Check the weight to make sure it is comparable to your need
I took forever on this. The main complaint is that the weight of this rifle is much heavier than any Color Guard Rifle that my daughter has used. My daughter is on high school guard and has worked with the infamous Blue Devils and out of all rifles she has worked with this one is substantially heavier. Other than that it is a nice rifle. Didn't want to pay return postage and after she has all taped up not sure of any other way to fix it. I guess it will make her strong.
