I recently started taking these at night and I am happy that you only need to take 1 capsule since it is concentrated. It does appear to give me more stamina to get up in the morning and I will be cycling this on and off to see if I maintain the results.

A friend recommended this product due to lower T levels. After about three days I could notice a difference in my workouts: more reps, heavier weight, longer routines. I experienced a decline in stamina after a few weeks, but I was told you’re supposed to cycle this supplement (1 month on, 1 month off, etc). I haven’t checked my T levels to verify, but energy levels have been higher and ‘other things’ have been stronger. Give it a shot. 40m
