While it has so many health benefits like muscle recovery and anti inflammatory properties, I can honestly say that if you like tart cherry pie it’s worth drinking it just for that. I only get this brand as it is pure tart cherries. I don’t want any concentrate or fillers. I have purchased the larger bottles and the single serve 8 ounce bottles and usually drink 4 ounces after my morning walk and 4 ounces later in the day. Can’t say that it works to help me sleep, but with all the other beneficial properties, if that is one too, then great. It can be a bit pricey so I watch for sales.

Was Great, but now I can't afford it. I have purchased this product 31 times and it started at 30, then 60, now 80? If this drops drastically in price I may consider it again, till then...not today.

Has helped me a lot in recovery for sports. However, price jumped $26 since I last bought it and I was already pricy enough. 80 for 24 dollars for the very small size bottle is not worth it. Won’t buy unless price is brought down again
