Poor packaging reulted in a dent
Product was poorly packed, no bubble wrap as a result there was a little dent. As this beautiful bottle was thrown inside a box without any packing. Returned it immidiately, disappointed.

Hot water within 10 mnt it’s cold cap is defeated can you changed please I am out station came yesterday please replace or return
