Nice scent. Not overpowering. Feels fresh.

I really wanted this to work as well as the product I assume is this one's biggest competitor, but it just doesn't. I've been using the competitor for a couple of years now, and I get 48-72 hours out of a single application. This only claims to work for "all day." I used it yesterday afternoon but felt a need to reapply upon waking this morning. In a way, it reminds me of using Teen Spirit; I got maybe 12 hours max out of that when younger. There's a noticeable difference in the consistency that might stem from the ingredient difference: it's like a thin lotion while the other has a slight chalky feel to it; both end up invisible, but my fingertips feel different with dried product from the two companies.But, onto positives. I adore this scent! Florals can smell REALLY off to me, but I mainly pick up a berry scent here. With the competitor, I only use the unscented kind because the florals smell like body odor; not something you want from deodorant. The price is absolutely better until factoring in longevity for me - I'm better off paying double to get something that works three times as long.I don't see myself switching brands after trying this, but it IS a good product. I'll likely pick up wipes in this scent to throw in my purse since I like it so much, but I would rather use the more effective product.

I ordered the Summer's Eve Full-Sized Deodorant to compare it with Lume. The first thing I noticed is that it has a much better scent right out of the bottle. The fragrance is light and pleasant, which I can't say about the other popular brand. It applies easily and absorbs quickly because of its thinner consistency. I’ve experienced no irritation in any area where I've applied it. It seems to work well as a deodorant; however, I should mention that I don’t sweat a lot or have significant odor issues unless I’m engaged in strenuous physical activity. I do wonder if it would be effective in those situations. Nonetheless, for everyday use, it has been satisfactory.

This was a fairly pricey item. It smells ok and dries pretty well but the two stars are for that. Otherwise the tube seemed half empty. It was sealed when it arrived but I should have thought to weigh it on my kitchen scale. I've used is sparingly twice and it probably has less than a third of the tube left. I won't order this again.

This doesn't irritate.
