Battery Caps for Golf Carts Medium Height 2000C.

Looks like the water levels stay more constant in my older batteries.

I replaced an aftermarket automatic battery fill system on my golf cart with these Water Miser caps. I regularly had seepage around the auto-fill system, and I got fed up with the ongoing maintenance. The Water Miser caps fixed the seepage issue immediately and I am adding a lot less water. I guess Water Miser is more than a name. In my case, it’s also an accurate description.The only disappointment is that I couldn’t find any guidance for the recommended fill level. Because these caps are taller than standard battery caps, one could fill each cell with more water, but I don’t think that’s necessary as long as the plates remain fully immersed.

i purchased one cap to test it. I thought is was defective. It didn't close tight. After talking to Tech at Flow Systems, he explained how they work. After further review I see it was my misunderstanding of this product. I am in the process of purchasing more of these. It is designed to be snapped in and lubricated by the minute mist of electrolyte.Compared to anything else, including Hydrolink Watering System by Trojan, I am going this way because I still want to physically check water level. And because these are supposed to prevent water loss by 50%! So maintenance will be less and less costly than the Hydrolink System!

The water miser battery caps were easy to install and fit my Trojan T-105 6V batteries with no issues. The only reason I’m giving 4 Stars is because when I went to check the water in the batteries the flip top wasn’t as easy to open. I actually broke a nail attempting to open one of the caps. I removed each the caps to open them and when closing the caps I found them difficult to close (snap closed). With that said the caps do seem to work. I could see water trapped in the funnel-like cap that captures and redirects the water back into the battery. I would recommend these especially for RV owners who may keep their RV in storage.

Even with filling my golf cart batteries with a dispenser that cuts off I was still having leakage out of the vent caps. As long as I don’t overfill now with these caps no more leakage

Was fighting water leakage for ever until swapped these in. No more issues.

Reduces the interval between having to water the batteries

Excellent product. This should be the standard for all Trojan batteries. Fixed my venting problems I had with the 3 in 1 snap caps that leaked acid when charging, even with water level barely over the grids. Strongly recommend.
