lasted 6 months. lights turned on , but nothing is coming out.Seller reached out afterward and replaced with a brand new unit.

I bought this product hoping it would help adjust my glasses, but it completely destroyed my lenses in less than two minutes. The manual is extremely unclear and does not explain safe usage—there’s no guidance on heat limits or timing.This is supposed to be a helpful, novel product, but instead it caused me significant stress, expense, and inconvenience. I had to scramble to get a new prescription and will need replacement glasses because this device ruined the ones I already had.Do not use this on prescription glasses. It’s not safe, not reliable, and not worth the risk. I am returning it immediately.

Had a problem with the frame warmer fan not working. Contacted customer service and they promptly replaced the unit which is now working fine. They stand behind their products in regard to their warranty.

Wish the heat flow was a little stronger. Very weak flow for heating up frames.

Does not heat up fast and is not that hot but it does the job. You just have to put your glasses in for a long time so you can bend them.

I just received this today. As it began heating up, which took some time, it started smoking and left a burnt smell in my home. Not worth the risk. I am returning.

This heater is not worth the money. Takes forever to get hot enough to adjust temples
