Very relaxing. I rubbed this on my calves after a long walk and it felt amazing. It took out the ache, and the lavender scent is so soothing I ended up having a nap. The lotion itself is a little hard to work into dry skin, so I would recommend using this on damp skin. I got this on sale, but even at full price I think it’s a good purchase. For reference I’m in my 50’s and struggling with fibromyalgia. This stuff really puts a dent in my soft tissue aches.

Helps to reduce swelling and pain in joints. Smells great- lavender is calming and lotion moisturizes skin. Goes on thick so it feels like it stays on skin and continues to work through the day or night. It lasts well as you only need small amount. Already bought some for other family members. Highly recommend.

The first time I tried this, i was just going to put it on my feet, but a little goes a longgggg way and I ended up using it all over my legs. I was out cold in twenty minutes, but thought it was a fluke. When it happened again when I used it the second and third time, I realized this stuff is the real deal. Pleasant smell, helped me not only fall asleep but for the most part stay asleep, and just over all, very effective. When I do wake up in the middle of the night, it's really only because I need to use the bathroom, and I have no issues falling back asleep immediately. I've gone so far as to recommend it to two other friends as well. Bonus: nice hydration!

This magesium lotion is great! I was having leg and foot cramps nightly. I have my husband rub a teaspoon of this lotion on both of my calves and feet nightly and my cramps have gone away! It is very effective for my pain. It is a very smooth consistency and he says it is easy to apply and rub in. The lavender scent smells really nice. I bought 3 more containers so I don’t run out!

This product is great! I had a dull, aching wrist from over exertion, put some of this cream on it tonight and it almost instantly took the ache away. I’m impressed. Extra points that it smells amazing.

I bought this lotion to deal with night time leg cramps. I have been using Magnesium oil, which was recommended by a nurse practitioner. It is effective in reducing cramps, but it also leaves my skin dry and peeling. So I decided to try the lotion. First of all, it smells wonderful and is moisturizing. But it doesn't seem to be quite as effective as the oil for leg cramps. So I have started using the oil and then applying the lotion over it. So far, this seems to be working by eliminating the cramps without drying the skin.

This lotion is light, non greasy and pleasant smelling. I rub it on my feet at night and it seems to sooth my neuropathy. I will definitely buy again.

Too soon to tell yet, but it has a pleasant smell, and the ingredients are good - magnesium and arnica. The instructions say it may take a couple of weeks to see results. It is being used for restless legs at night.

This rich cream with natural lavender oil is a win for me. I can tell it has a high magnesium content because with sensitive skin I have to be careful to use this sparingly or I will get redness and irritation. I do get the benefit of the calming aspects of this cream I just need to be mindful of how much I use it.
