Nestle Nido Instant Dry Whole Milk Powder, Fortificada, 1.76 Pound Can

This Nido milk is always reliable. It mixes smoothly, tastes rich, and works great for coffee, oatmeal, smoothies, or for kids. I love that it stores well and lasts a long time. A great product to always have in the house.

We use this for cooking and drinking. If I don't tell the family they don't know it's not regular milk. It's great for everything and tastes good. Mixing is easiest if you put only a portion of the water in and make a thick solution, wait a few minutes and then add the rest of the water (dissolves easily that way with no 'grit'). Bakes really well without separating. I wish it came in packets so didn't have to open the full can, we don't use it fast enough but it's worth buying the big can because it's so good!

Very good milk powder, does dissolve easily in my hot chocolate mix. Very nice tasting, but not as rich as Red Cow or Peak. It’s very powdery compared to those last two, and it has more extra ingredients. It works, but I’ll only get it if I can’t get the other two. It is, of course, more cost-effective.

First of all, I owe Amazon a great deal of gratitude for how they handled my package. They didn't know where to put my package, so, they actually called me, and asked me where my apartment was. Knowing that neighborhoods can be very well known for package thefts, they did not want to just leave my package on my porch. They wanted to hand it to me directly. Very kind. Now, as for my Nido, I absolutely love the flavor it has. So delicious with, or without the Ovaltine chocolate milk powder. It definitely dissolves very easily. The texture is creamy. Best part of it all, it has the iron I need. Very beneficial for the health. I haven't tried baking with it, yet, so, I don't know if it bakes well or not. I will certainly have to try that. I wish I could give this more than just 5 stars.

I love adding Nido milk to baking recipes,hot and cold beverages, soups and sauces. To cut back on non dairy coffee creamer,I mix Nido,MCT oil powder,plain collagen,whey protein isolate and inulin. I use a wand to blend the coffee,otherwise, MCT separates and floats on top. Nido tastes like milk and saves me having to waste sour milk,because I don't use much. Nido taste better than the other powders, I tried. It mixes easily in warm and hot beverages. It is more cost effective, being shelf stable. If it clumps, I sift it for measuring.
