A big nope!
Honestly, lets just agree to go to the gym, wear shapeware or have surgery. This did not work at all.

OMG this is the best with reducing my back fat believe it or not. This will forever be my go to. No need for surgery once you use it correctly. Don’t put on any lotion or oils apply this first on washed well dry skin.

Doesnt work
Out of a total of 4 back rolls, this tape lifted 0. Maybe it works on skinnier girls with more subtle rolls, but my wedding is coming up and this was a last attempt to hide the fat. Back to the gym it is...
