The quality of this face massager is extremely poor. It’s made of cheap plastic and feels very flimsy. On top of that, the massager doesn’t even start. I tried everything removed and reinserted the batteries, checked the shell, and made sure everything was in place but it still doesn’t work. Very disappointing purchase and definitely not worth the money. I replaced the previous massager which was not working and then the new one which i got is defective too. Not sure what’s going on will never recommend this massager to any one.

Product is really well when assembled correctly , the battery which came with it was not charged/ not working , when i inserted the new one , product was working really well and easy to use ..

Its absolutely amazing… the vibration is great…. The battery was not working which came with it. So you have to use a new battery.

Third class service, still the product is not delivered and the amazon is using our hard earn money from seven days and asking us to wait more few days more after giving them 48 hours which ask by their executive... problem is not yet solve.... Not working at all and it is broken from inside.Want refund immediately. Box was also open. kindly look into the matter.
