Nawgan is better than water.
For me this is perfect,I use Nawgan when Golfing, after nine holes. It keeps me going for the next nine.the taste is great better than water,it's something you want on a hot day, after nine or anytime.Water just doesn't do it for me.Just before some long phone calls I will take one,to me it helps me stay focused.Water is great but this product gives me the extra taste I want.If we could work on the cost of shipping, then I would be veryyyyy happy.

Overpriced but I love this drink... Wish they had it listed for a decent price.

I love the red berry flavor
I love the red berry flavor. It's kind of a light vitamin water flavor. Not carbonated and not too sweet. The berry flavor does not need to be ice cold. I never drink moe than one in a day and never late afternoon unless I have a long drive ahead. It's only one cup of offe worth of caffeine but I don't drink a lot of caffeine. It does seem to help put a smile on my face so the citric online may add value. It sometimes makes me a bit antsy though, but not to an extreme. The only other flavor I've tried is lemonade and that was terrible. I will stick to the berry.

Tastes decent but no real 'boost' to speak of
I've only tried the Red Berry flavor so this review is strictly for that: I've tried quite a few energy/mental clarity-type drinks on the market and I'm always looking for a new and interesting one particularly since, being in medical school, I don't always get as much sleep as I'd like. Though the taste isn't bad (it's not carbonated so I find it to be a bit on the blah side, though I know some people prefer the lack of carbonation in their drinks) and it's only 45 cal per can which is nice, I haven't found that it gives me ANY extra mental clarity or energy or much of ANY kind of boost (mental or otherwise). I get a pretty nice boost from coffee (which this product seems to have a similar caffeine content to) and Red Bull and Monster but as far as a boost from this - nope. Nada. (And yes, I do know that it's not strictly an 'energy' product but literally it has ZERO effect on me.) If you're looking for something *different* to try, I'd say it's worth it (particularly if you do Subscribe and Save w/ the 20% discount which makes it cost effective) but I wouldn't expect much of a boost from this product - unless you pour Red Bull in it.

Whew, not my choice of flavors.
I love the product, love the idea of green tea based caffeine. The flavor on the other hand, yikes! Something about the red berry flavor that reminds me of spoiled grape juice. Going back to the other flavors i like as soon as they have them in stock again.

I like the fact that this drink does not make me ...
I am a LEO. I needed this to stay focused at work. I like the fact that this drink does not make me feel jittery, and it really does make me think clearly and gives me energy and the ability to FOCUS! I just ordered a second case.

Light Fruit-Drink Taste That Picks You Up, But Doesn't Overwhelm
I am not a person who drinks 3 cups of coffee a day, nor do I slam down "gully washers" (as my grandma used to call the 32 oz sodas they sell at convenience stores). I do drink sodas and coffee, but not in excess. I've tried energy drinks before, but they make me feel jittery. Nawgan "refreshes" (as it claims on the can). It gives me a pick-me-up, with no crash later. At 45 calories (as one of the sweeteners is stevia leaf extract), it has a "respectable" calorie count even if I have 2 in one day. I've tried the lemonade, Tarocco Orange, and Red Berries varieties. They each taste like a weak fruit juice, that I enjoy. They are not too sweet, not too overwhelming. If you want to "down" a few ounces and buzz around on an artificial high for hours, then don't buy Nawgan. If, on the other hand, you want to feel more alert and sharp, with a bit of a kick, then give it a try.
