I bought one for my daughter and my son on their special days. I am beyond impressed on the quality and beauty of not only the keychain, but the necklace charm as well. I will always use this company when it comes to special days from my family and friends. When they arrived, I took them to work to show my coworkers. They loved them as well. I got the smaller heart and light up keychain with a 2-D. They were great quality, no flaws and I know it’s something that will be treasured for many years. Shipping was fast and the picture turned out nicely. I also like the boxes they put them in. However... I bought one of these from this same company last year I believe for my dad and the image seems much clearer/bolder. I decided to get one for my mom this year for Christmas and the image is much, much fainter. I'm not sure why. Maybe I selected different options previously. I don't hate it, but I'm not as satisfied as I was with the first one. Hoping she likes it and doesn't have to squint or keep angling it to see the image.
