The rings come in four separate Ziploc bags. Each bag has a variety of sizes ranging from very small to large. they are all nestled inside each other, but there is absolutely nothing to indicate which size each ring is. Therefore, you are left bewildered trying to figure out which one to use for the next stage. I also found some of the rings to be very soft and this makes them difficult to insert - I am not sure how effective these softer ones are.
