I have my holistic health certification in nutrition and have taken plenty of vitamins over the years. I discovered MegaFood on Amazon four+ years ago when dealing w/ low potassium that landed me in the hospital. I went on the hunt for a potassium supplement that I knew would work...and didn't want to mess around simply by shopping price. I have fallen in love with their Potassium/Calcium/Magnesium supplement and still take it regularly. I'm not so good about taking my other vitamins b/c I get sick of swallowing all those pills and have a natural gag reflex. So...when I saw MegaFood is now making gummies, I thought I'd give them a try. I know the brand to be outstanding. I tried the four different flavors - C, B12 energy (I like the ginger better, but my teenage daughter likes the cranberry better) and the D3. I'm really happy to have found these (never saw them in the store) and they've already become part of my regiment displacing by other Vitamin C and B12 tablets. I hadn't been taking D3, but I am now! Super easy and tasty. I highly recommend MegaFood and these gummies and have already been sharing them w/ friends. Thumbs up! Plus they're made w/ pectin rather than gelatin, so my vegan daughter can take all but the D3.

As others have said, they do have a strong taste. Like sour candy. But not to the extent I wouldn’t buy them again. My only complaint is they are very sticky.

My kids love the taste! A little sticky to the touch but I would buy it again and again because it has better ingredients than other Vitamin C products on the market and they actually like it!

I like MegaFood Band products. The MegaFood C Defense Gummies are a little strong for me. They gave me a slight headache. So, what I do now is cut the Gummies in half and take one in the morning and one afternoon... it works out fine for me. My headache went away.

Perfect Vitamin C gummies. Not too sweet like most others. have already purchased my second bottle.

This is a good brand. The taste is good, easy to chew. They give about 185 mg. of Vit C per gummy. They're great.

MegaFoods makes great products. I take their multivitamin daily. I wanted to try these Vitamin C gummies. They are a little tart and kind of sticky. I ended up trying a competitor which had a better flavor and consistency.
