I absolutely love this floor steamer! It makes cleaning so much easier and leaves my floors looking spotless. It heats up quickly, has strong steam power, and removes dirt and grime without needing harsh chemicals. I’ve used it on my tile and hardwood floors and it works amazing on both. The pads are easy to clean, and the steamer is lightweight and simple to move around the house. My floors feel cleaner and dry pretty fast after using it. Definitely one of the best cleaning products I’ve purchased for my home.

I like this product! Someone thought this through. All of the attachments have a specific purpose. I have tried almost all of them, and they are very effective. Grab some microfiber cloths and get down to business. Wipe everything down when done. I have been mopping my floors for years with detergent and vinegar, and when I used this on my luxury vinyl planks, with no detergent, something changed. My floor looked clean. Very clean. I vacuumed first. Floors, baseboards, kitchen appliances, countertops (sealed). Just finished bathrooms. For the price, it's hard to beat. Give it a shot. If you don't like it, send it back; but I doubt you will. High fives all day!!!

I mostly use this machine to steam clean high touch areas such as doorknobs and bathrooms. It’s a quick and easy way to sanitize. The steam quality is good when it is on high. The lower setting doesn’t seem to heat up as well. For it to work well at the lower setting, you have to hold the steam really close to the item you want to sanitize. I used this setting a lot in the last 3 weeks bc of conjunctivitis and hand/foot/mouth disease. Ughh, the number of contagious viruses my kids bring home is ridiculous. But the good thing is that the steam cleaner has saved me a lot of hand scrubbing. The water container is quite small and awkward to clean. You will have to empty it and leave it open to the air to have it dry completely. Please remember to do this, otherwise you risk having mold grow in the container. The amount of water is good enough for steaming high touch areas in the bathroom and doorknobs for 2-3 floors in the house. I haven’t tried the steam mop feature. So not sure how well that works. The cord length could be longer, but is enough for about 10 ft in either direction. (Don’t know the exact length of the cord). I like that this item is versatile but again, I’ve only used it for steam cleaning high touch areas. I would say the value is worth it for its versatility in cleaning. Maybe another review will give a better idea of how well it cleans for steam mopping.

I was skeptical to order this but it actually does a good job. It came with plenty attachments and heated up fast. The only thing i wished it had a bigger tank but it worked really well. I bought as a gift and my mom loved it.

Update May 29, 2026 After my original review, the seller reached out to me directly. They reviewed the situation and offered me a solution. I really appreciate that they took my complaint seriously and tried to make things right. Although my experience with the product itself was not good, I do want to recognize the seller’s customer service. They responded professionally and followed up in a way that made me feel heard as a customer. When I wrote my original review, I thought there was nothing else that could be done. The seller’s follow-up changed my impression of their customer service, and I want to give credit where it is due. For that reason, I am updating my review to reflect that the seller stood behind the situation and handled it responsibly. ------ I am very disappointed with this product. After only 5 months, it completely stopped working, even though I used it fewer than 10 times. I paid more than $66 plus taxes, and the quality is unacceptable. For me is like $10 for each time I used it. A product should last a reasonable amount of time, especially when it is barely used. Customers should not have to buy extra warranties for everything just to protect themselves from poor-quality products. The manufacturer should stand behind the product and make sure it works properly beyond just a few months. This was a waste of money, and I do not recommend it.

This thing is great! You can use it as a (steaming) floor mop. The mop pad (de)attaches with ease. The plastic head has vecro-like plastic and the pad is just captured by those when you press down on it. To remove the pad you just "tear" it off. WAY better than my old Bissel steamer that had pads that wrapped around the plastic bits; always screwing with bad fitment, shrinkage, etc. You can change out the mop head alone and attach a steam needle (included) to kill off the nasties around the toilet and shower without crawling around the floor (you have to wipe the snot afterwards with a towel but there's no getting around that). It comes with a bag of attachments that basically covers every need (and then some). It breaks down to just the steam head/tank (or with one mop segment) to get everything around the sink and counter top. It has two heat/pressure settings (typical). It is FAST to heat up and produce steam when you turn it on (less than 6 seconds). The water tank is a useful tradeoff between capacity and heft. It's idiot proof to use, just assemble (trivial), plug it in, push the ON/OFF button once or twice (it's a simple three state toggle ... on->steam level 1, steam level 2, off. I returned here to Amazon to get the $21 6 pack of extra floor mop pads. You'll probably want these too!

I got this product primarily because the existing steam cleaner I had did not have all the attachments this one did. I was very impressed with the accessories this cleaner came with, and was very interested in the carpet steaming function. Based on all the tests I performed and previous experience with similar steam products, this is an excellent option to get the most out of one product with minimal hassle and effort to clean with. Comparing this cleaner to the smaller steam cleaner I had, I was not only happy with all the accessories, but this is MUCH less high maintenance to use. My other one needs a very long heat up time, whereas this one is ready to go in seconds. There is no annoying pressurized container to fill with water, where this one is a low pressure plastic container that feeds a high pressure vessel. By far this is much easier to pull out, use, and put away. I tested this on a long standing stain on my carpet. It didn't eliminate the stain, but it definitely made it much less noticeable. I never expected perfection, but this did as good a job as anything to work well! See photos. I also tested it on a high traffic wood banister. My kids touch this area every day. Grime and dirt were caked here. In a few swipes in seconds, it was plenty clean and white again. Lastly, I tested this on my hardwood floors. Simply put, it does the job as well as a Bona sweeping pad would, maybe a little better since you don't spray any chemicals. However, I also have a plug in rotating head steam mop. When compared against the rotating heads, it isn't a fair fight. If you don't have a rotating head floor cleaner at all, this is a great option for hard wood floors. In my case, I'll keep using the rotating head for hardwood, but I'm very glad to have a steam option for my carpet now!

It’s ok. I agree it gets hot but the padding provided is relatively thin and not of great quality. A bit of pressure or scrub it falls off. I haven’t tried the floor pad/steam. It didn’t clean grout as I was hoping it would. It loosened some dirt but nothing major. Debating sending it back.

This electric scrubber is awesome. I used this for about 15 mins and my grout went from black/orange to almost white again. I tried to clean in manually before but no amount of effort was getting the grout clean. Nothing was coming off and it took so much effort trying to clean my walls manually. The whole electric scrubber is in 3 pieces that can be connected together. You can use the scrubber without the middle extender if you want to. The middle extender would be useful to reach higher or farther areas and so that you don't need to lean over the bathtub, bend over, or get into the shower. I believe without the middle extender this is still too long to use for a sink. It's too awkward to try and clean the sink (bathroom and kitchen). A scrubber with a small handle would be ideal for the sink. This electric scrubber only has 1 speed. It seems to be powerful enough but having at least 2 speeds would have been preferable. The head cannot move. It's stuck in that 1 position. I believe it's in the most ideal position so I don't think this would be a problem. This electric scrubber has a proprietary plug (not even those round ones). I wish this had a USB-C port. A USB-C port would be more useful to everybody. There is no carrying bag included. It would have been nice to have a mesh bag included. I can definitely recommend this scrubber. Your back and arms will thank you. It also saves you a lot of time.

This scrubber is surprisingly powerful! You do really need a moment to adjust to the power and the way that it cleans! It did an amazing job and scrubbing the stand up shower making it one of the best cleans I think I’ve seen in the shower and I was able to clean it in a way shorter timeframe than the usual hands and knees method! I am happy with this purchase!

I was hopeful, after watching videos on spin scrubber. Glad to finally choose this one. What I like is the motor part is not located near the brush so that it'll be protected from water, unless you submerged the whole unit in your tub. The lowest power is enough to clean usual dirt, haven't find a reason to use the highest one. The downside is, for me, the unit is quite heavy. But hey, I'm not complaining because in turn of holding the heavy motor, I only need to hold this scrubber and direct it to the part that I want to clean. No need to scrub and bend down. Good value of money

I can't explain how happy I am with this scrubber. I suffer from back problems and this is a life saver when cleaning the shower. It's powerful and you can customize the length and scrubber. It's easy-to-use and it's just a dream. A tad heavy but that's what gives it the power. Hangs easily on any towel bar. Charges quickly and it took only 10% of the charge to clean the whole shower. I have a corner shower for reference. Thank you so much for a great product. I've already told all my friends.
