Well worth the money. Light and long and easy to use. I bought to give my lane a light cut to get my motorhome instead of using petrol ones. Didn't expect it to be so powerful and batteries last really well. Only downside is its cheaper now they've lowered the price a bit, but buy one you won't be dissapointed.

The media could not be loaded. I'm a 5ft 3 slightly less than ten stone lady and I'll officially be a pensioner next month. I found the hedge trimmer to be perfectly manageable. The long reach is brilliant as is the angle function which allows the hedge trimmer to be set at different anglesI don't think I could use it for more than about ten minutes without taking a break but that is not a problem. It is a little top heavy and the shoulder strap though useful is a bit of a nuisance. It would be more helpful if it distributed the weight along the hedge trimmer. The two battery packs mean a very large hedge could be cut if you have the physical strength. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Good bit of kit. Not as light as I thought it would be but a lot lighter than the petrol hedge cutter that I have which will now be redundant as this is much easier to use. Cut the whole hedge on one battery with power to spare.

I bought the product in March and have used it several times. It does a good job and the batteries have very good life to them. I have a long high hedge and when getting towards the end of it , so having used it for more than an hour (not sure if that is relevant) it snagged on a thick laurel branch with the head at a 90 degree angle. I pulled on it and the plastic connection between the handle and the cutting head snapped.I accept that may have been user error, so I was not asking for a replacement, but I contacted the company who supplied the product, Futurama, to see if I could purchase either the connecting part (which has screws and therefore should be able to be replaced) or the complete cutting head (as I already have the extendable pole, charger and two batteries) The service was appalling. I effectively received very short answers saying that they could not help and so I asked for the manufacturers contact details. They said that they didn't have them. I replied saying that they must have as they must order from them and arrange delivery etc, they said 'google it'. !!!I have tried to be fair in this review as the product did work welluntil it broke, but customer service was shamefully bad.

I had high hopes for this hedge trimmer, especially with the promise of two batteries and a fast 1-hour charge. Unfortunately, one battery doesn’t work at all, and the other only lasts about 15 minutes—far below the advertised runtime. That makes it nearly impossible to get through even a small hedge without constant interruptions.The trimmer itself is Semi lightweight and the telescopic reach is useful, but the poor battery performance really undermines the whole product. So easy to assemble and works perfectly. Remember, it is heavy on the trimmer end so I’d suggest you do the job work in stages! Highly recommend. 👍

Good quality hedge trimmer. A little heavy, but easy to use and good value for money.
