My product was delivered in good shape and in short order! I love ordering from Amazon because they make sure everything turns out okay for you in the long run... No matter what the middlemen put you through.. AND SOMETIMES THE MIDDLEMAN ARE A PAIN I'M SURE FOR AMAZON ALSO,... NOT JUST FOR ME. ( this time POLITE FRIENDLY HELPFULcustomer service made sure that I was issued a credit within just a couple hours so I could get a replacement order coming ASAP of the product I had ordered which was 24 can box of Fancy Feast {=awesome pate food for older toothless cat}.... All because the post office or the shipper apparently lost my first package even though they the shipper had claimed it was delivered. I order a LOT of things on Amazon due to convenience of it being delivered to my door as well as out of necessity of getting stuff at a better price without having to find a ride here there and everywhere to comparative price shop.... With all these orders you would think stuff would go wrong fairly often but it's very seldom I have a package Amazon ships go missing. Of course it was the FANCY FEAST PATE kitty food I had to have ASAP for my old toothless kid who can't eat kibble...wouldn't you know. By the way I'd recommend Fancy Feast if you have a cat who has high class taste buds but no teeth... This Purina food is in small 3 oz cans which is their best size so you're opening a fresh one for the morning meal and the night meal. A cat does not reject fresh food very often but if you let it sit in the fridge a day or two I gather from my cats turning her nose up that she must think it's spoiled or questionable. Therefore I like the very small cans that are finished in one setting. The price per ounce is very reasonable considering what good food it is according to the taste buds of my fairly discriminating cat. She won't touch the cheaper brands even when they're first opened!! So if you have a high class cat with some sophisticated taste buds try FANCY FEAST!!! Another item is the fact that the foods do not contain artificial ingredients and according to my research they have never had a recall ever ...I mean like ever!! The food has some of the ingredients that are vital for cats organs and heart and brain health that are missing in cheap foods and Purina is a very reputable company over the years so I don't think you can go wrong with their wet cat food FANCYFEAST -PATE. It's nice and moist which is a must-have for older cats who never get enough water and it's a lot easier than putting chicken breast or something you might be eating through a baby grinder that makes pate although I have done it in a pinch. I would recommend you buy the multi packs that have 21 or 24 cans so that you always have enough on hand and the price is cheaper that way sometimes I believe. Whatever you order from Purina and Amazon you will do okay though because even the shipping issues are taken care of for you if something would go wrong and if there's anything not okay about the products they always take them back. This time that I had to call Amazon customer service to solve the problem they were super polite and courteous and issued me the credit after the 3 days window that you watch out for your package if it has not shown up delivered as shipping transit tracking says. So on 5:00 p.m. the third day since the package still had not shown up in my building which has a locked entrance and predominantly dog owners so not likely "porch pirates "caused the problem, I called customer service and things were taking care of in short order. Kitty is now eating The replacement order of Fancy Feast (several flavors in the multi pack, six cans of each) and all is well without a lot of stress or worry. That's why I order FANCY FEAST from Purina and that's why I get FANCY FEAST from Amazon versus some other big internet merchant. This is why I order from Amazon and not some of the other mail order businesses who do not have the same QUALITY customer service taken care of you when things go wrong..(trouble seems to be with the shipper usually as long as you've done your homework and carefully read all the reviews etc. before you order). When there is a big problem Amazon ALWAYS takes care of it for me one way or another! That's why I am, n plan to continue to be, an Amazon customer: they have been QUALITY customer service for ME ....

After trying so many different wet cat foods, we found this is the ONLY one they all eat and LOVE. I only wish it had more gravy. The fact that its a pate food with gravy is the best and hard to find. Of course they love gravy, but with the chunks and gravy they just lick up the gravy and leave the chunks. With this, we mix it up so the pate is well hydrated and they love it.

My very picky cat + my not picky cat always love this. They share 3 cans everyday, my older picky cat with only 3 teeth has restored her lux and fluffy coat and is happy as a clam. And the price is good, love this stuff.

I have 3 picky cats, and they go hot and cold on other foods, but this one they seem to eat no matter how often I feed it. It's got a nice firm texture, and the gravy is the icing on the "cake". Easy to open cans, good quality, and 1 can will feed 2 of my cats per meal.
