The wheat berries seem to be just fine processes nicely grinds nicely Cooks nicely. The only problem I've had is it has a lot of chaff in it and I've had to pick it out my hand before I Mill it.

This wheat was very clean, packaged well with deoxygenating packets. The wheat itself when milled made great flour. Very happy with this purchase and have already ordered more.

Very well packed! Organic in a container that could be used for storage. My suggestion would be to order an opener for the bin as it was very difficult to open it without an opener.

This was my first purchase of grains. I didnt know what to expect but I was honestly blown away by the quality of the product and the packaging. I have been using these grains to make bread not really as emergency preparedness. the bread has turned out great and there is definitely a different between white flour and home ground flour! Love the product! Worth the money!
