This is my first personal scooter and I loved it. It feels premium quality just by touching it. Although, I was expecting it to be a little lighter as my main reason was to use it for commute which includes taking it to subways. Would recommend something lighter or short range if you're planning to carry it during your commute for any duration. Also, the disc brake is on the front wheel and it always slips when I have to brake hard, which makes it a little dangerous if you're not careful. But overall, highly recommend this product as it does comes with a lot of cool features like indicators, head and tail lights, location sharing, premium segway build and all.

Less range than advertised but I’m also 60lbs heavier than their test rider, I’m around 220lbs. Has no problem hitting top speed or carrying me up pretty steep hills. More than enough range to get me anywhere I need to go around town and back still. I’d recommend setting brake regen to standard and trying to use mostly the electronic braking, because it does make a noticeable difference to range.It’s got a good build quality, feels nice and sturdy, stable to ride, light enough to carry into the building and to my office when I get to work, suspension is decent and the headlight is nice and bright. Suuuuper happy with this scooter so far. Still early days as I’ve only put about 15 miles total on it so far, will update review if I run into any issues.Don’t be a fool, wear a helmet, preferably full face. “Full face or no face”

Amazing scooter. I got this during the preorder for only 600$, came in 5 days after release and is amazing. I thought it would be too slow and thought about the G3 but I was wrong. The motor is very powerful and very fast. The suspension is even better and handles bumps and curbs like butter. Charges in around 5 hours and the app customization is amazing. The navigation feature is spotless and works amazing. The screen is also amazing and great product!

PROS- good power compared to F2 and G2 (climbs hills better than my G2)- casual riding more comfortable than G2 or G3! (my first experience with elastomer)- super light/portable for its level of capability- good looking- good deck space when comparing to F2 (I wear size 12's)- lack of rear "clunk" over bumps (G2 is bad about this)- ability soon to add external battery- Segride design takes getting used to but is noticeably more stable- brakes surprisingly seem BETTER than Max G3- headlight MUCH brighter than G2CONS- specifically mine came with crooked handlebars (factory taps drilled a bit off on stem-to-bar post. I was able to correct "enough" with stem adjustment not to send it back, but annoying to receive this way and it is a QC issue they have because my Max G2 had same issue)- Traction control bug that causes random jerking while riding and makes this feature un-useable (turn it off in the app. I've already read others having same issue, so I hope it can be fixed with a firmware update but am counting on it not specific to MY F3. Rides perfect with TC off but they need to fix this!)- lower top speed than G2 (this should have been at least the same or better than G2)- Just like the F2 and G2, wind can be an issue...if you ride in a lot of wind and still want to go 20mph, you'll need a G3; same for lots of hills but this still climbs better than the F2/G2 in my personal experience so far, despite the specs saying otherwise for the G2Overall if not for the cons, I'd have given this 5 stars...the 20mph limit vs the G2 is very frustrating but 20mph is more than enough for sidewalk commutes and playing around in a neighborhood. This scooter (especially with the external battery option) should detour anyone from buying a new G2 in my opinion (especially for more money). G2 is beefier and this is more nimble, but I can't find a reason to pay more for a G2 vs the standard F3 if you are comparing them (F3 Pro isn't out yet).

Simple out of the box. Charge it up and off you go. Three speeds so if it is your first time it is easy going. Wish it went a little faster but 20 mph is good for my needs

Pre-ordered this over a month ago, back in April, and it never arrived. Many times would show as will be delivered on a date..then it wouldn’t be. It was never shipped. Come to find out, many others had this same issue. Had to contact Amazon many times and then finally someone helped me by ‘returning’ the order that never shipped and ‘replacing’ my unit with a new order. It finally actually shipped last week and arrived today. It is a VERY nice e-scooter but it seems flawed and unsafe, at least the unit I received. The rear fender rattles like a can of spray paint and the front end has a lot of play to it. Even with the steering column properly locked in place and tightened to spec, the front wheel moves side to side a lot, it certainly can’t be normal. The tech, the softness of the ride, etc are very nice there’s no denying that. The screen with display readout is great. Sadly, I will be returning it because I can’t trust it being safe to ride with the front end loose and unstable.If anyone already placed an order but keep getting delayed delivery dates, contact Amazon until you get someone that’ll help you replace the order with a different unit/new order. It should solve your problem why you never got your order.The Segway f3 is a nice e scooter if you can get a proper unit but beware, from reading online it seems that loose front ends isn’t something new with Segway on their e-scooters.

My first venture into an E-Scooter, and honestly I think it’s pretty great, I haven’t had any issue with it, but obviously longevity is my main concern long term, I do have Amazon's Multi-Protection plan, so that eases any discomfort I might have with that. Build quality is great, unboxing experience was simple, design is really nice and it’s very quick when in sport mode.
