I have been using for years and the quality stays great! Really spicy but not to the point of burning a hole in your stomach.I use primarily on hamburgers, pasta, chicken, and chili recipe works perfectly!

I use it on my Big Green Egg when I want to add a little heat to whatever I'm cooking. In this case it was Chicken wings and a little goes a long way.
