Soy de la que nunca escribe una reseña pero en esta ocasión lo hago para ayudarle a personas que estén pasando por una dermatitis severa yo use el jabón y les puedo decir que fue lo único que me ayudo lo uso todos los días créamen es lo mejor si estas pasando por algo así no dudes en comprarlo para mi fue lo único que me termino mi dermatitis

He comprado y usado este jabón desde hace varios años y es la única solución que encontré para controlar la caspa. El único detalle que se debe considerar es su fragancia, el olor es muy fuerte y no es tan agradable.Cuando se use es muy importante seguir las instrucciones(en inglés) que vienen en la caja y cuando lo apliques, debes quitarlo con abundante agua, es probable que pueda manchar algunas almohadas.

I don’t think I have ever written a review for any product - EVER - but I had to for this product. I have tried so many things for psoriasis patches on my elbows, abdomen, and most recently the backs of my thighs and they provided some improvement but the patches were still there. Frustrating. I tried this product and within 2 weeks…all of my patches are GONE…not improved but GONE! I honestly can hardly believe it. I wish I had taken pictures! I don’t use any of my steroid creams anymore just this every other day. It does have a strong medicinal smell but I could not care less because it works like a dream! I know everything doesn’t work for everybody but this is definitely worth a try. I wish I had found this years ago!!!

I have never written a review on Amazon about a product before, but given the situation, I believe it's necessary to prevent someone else from experiencing what I did. I am a person with psoriasis who eagerly purchased this soap hoping it would be a solution to the problem, but it turned out to be the opposite. This product is meant for sensitive use and must be used with great caution because it literally burned my skin. It has not provided any improvement but has actually worsened the condition. Please be very careful before deciding to buy it, and I recommend seeking thorough advice beforehand as you could not only lose your money but, most importantly, RISK YOUR HEALTH.

First things first, this bar smells terrible. The scent is strong and unpleasant but totally worth it for how amazingly it works to clear up my psoriasis patches. Plus the smell does lessen over time. I highly recommend!
