A little spicy for me but tasty. I eat it with my eggs. Very high quality and filled to the top! No problem for my sensitive tummy. In fact, it seems to help my digestion!

This kimchi is raw and delicious ....both! And it arrives beautifully wrapped up, sealed well, including excellent further reading material on the family run business, photos, and instructions on how to store the product too. I learned something on the longevity of a truly raw fermented product. Hands down, this is healthy yummy kimchi at its best!

Excellent flavor and freshness. The vegetables are crisp not soggy like others I have tried. This is the second order for me, I will be buying more in the future. Wish they were able to be a subscription.

I don't know why but this stuff is addicting. Very tasty and crunchy with the perfect tang and not too much spice. Add it in my eggs and eat it out of the jar to get probiotics in. I used to get kimchi from Olive My Pickle but this is cheaper and you get more. Will continue to buy as long as they dont change the recipe. The fact that it’s vegetarian is a plus as well. Healthy.

I had a few firsts with Wise Goat, vegan kimchi. The first being I’ve never had vegan kimchi before. I was thinking all kimchiwas vegan then it hit me that kimchi traditionally has anchovy in it. I’ve been buying kimchi in jars for over 20 years. This is the first kimchi where the jar was packed! I mean to the brim. It’s also the first kimchi I had that was chopped. I don’t know if that makes a difference. The final first is that it’s more vegetables in the jar then the kimchi liquid. that’s a big plus in my book. this kimchi is very tasty and as the title says, it’s also versatile. It really doesn’t taste like any other kimchi I’ve had but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I used it to make kimchi fried rice and it worked very well. not gonna lie most times I kind of just eat it out the jar. The only drawback that I would have is that is a little too salty for my taste, which is why it has four not five stars.Other than that, I highly recommend it.
