Great exhaust fan! Works great and so quiet I couldn't hear it over my radio.
So I've had this a few weeks and was concerned that the main light on this was not going to be bright enough since it was the only light in the room. So I delayed the install so I could get the wall sconce's installed that I had planned - well that wasn't really necessary. The main light is actually quite bright and works well. I like all the features this has for the price. None of it's competition comes close in price with these features.This replaced a hideous old, loud and heavy exhaust fan from the early 70s. This device is a little smaller than the old one, but I knew that going into this; none of the options were really able to fit the location perfectly.The instructions weren't as thorough as I had hoped, but they included all the details necessary to install; the only questions I had were on the wire and picking the light switches. I chose 2 Legrand paddle switches because of their design, but any switches will work. I like that this device has the ability to control all of the pieces separately.

Wish I would've known......
I bet this would be an awesome fan, too bad I had to return it. You see, I didn't see where an additional wall switch was required for the humidity sensor. Maybe I missed it, or maybe is wasn't clearly stated. Either way, I was really disappointed that this wouldn't work with my current 3 wall switches. Installing an additional switch was not an option. The Kaze fan I got as a replacement works great, so I'm sure this one would, too..........

Quiet. Light is not very right. Good at removing moisture and steam.
Easy install. Direction were a little confusing because the sensor needs to be on another switch. Was able to install without going through the attic.

No Customer Service through manufacturer or Amazon.
Had to give this one-star. The appliance is probably great - certainly appealed to me. However, the purchase does not include the required electrical switch and there is absolutely no way to call anyone for customer support. I returned it.

Don't know! NO information on the product, except one sheet of paper on installation.
Didn't use it yet. Came with no operating instructions. No list of what should be included for parts. Parts came un-assembled.
