Good quality, smooth, finelygrounded. Glad it's not too sweet, I put 2 in a regular size mug and I still have to add 2 small packets of brown sugar. It's a matter of taste really. I came from a country that produces cacao and is used to drinking coarse unsugared big tablets that I mix with milk and sugar. I'll say I prefer these finely grounded kind as snacks. As drinks too but will be a bit expensive to use 2 at a time. Quality wise, they taste like real cacao.

This is a very good dark chocolate if you actually like real dark chocolate. It’s rich, smooth, and has that little bit of natural bitterness that’s supposed to be there with 90% cacao and coffee flavor. Nothing artificial or too sweet — just clean, deep cocoa with a nice coffee note. The medallions are bigger than I expected — not a full bar, but definitely not small. One piece feels like a proper treat. Sure, it’s not cheap, but for this quality and ingredients, it feels fair. Just know that if you’re used to milk chocolate, this will taste more intense — but that’s the whole point. I like that it’s simple, pure, and satisfying.

Such a wonderful 90-percent dark chocolate that does not have an extreme bitter taste. It is actually subtle and smooth for such a high grade of chocolate. Love it!😍

These taste horrible but that’s to be expected with cacao and luckily they are a full waste of funds and not throwing away to many lol - if take one a day well you can survive a few days - the box is 3x the size of what’s in it!

Good-not-great dark chocolate squares deliver on the low-sugar/carb promise and overall high quality. Two caveats: [1] due to the low-low sugar, there is more of a bitter taste than some folks will want (I'm on the fence about it myself); and [2] the texture is a little....odd....like at the end of the eating, there's a little blob of it left on the roof of my mouth, and it really wants to stay there....eventually that little bit does melt, but it's kind of off-putting. That said, as a type 2 diabetic, this product does allow me to enjoy a bit of chocolate, where the large majority of chocolates (milk or dark) do not. So, I'll be re-ordering when I'm done with my first two boxes.

This is not for the all-chocolate-is-good people. It is the darkest chocolate I’ve ever tasted. Absolutely decadent! You can taste the quality of the craft. I totally recommend for all avid dark chocolate lovers!

Okay, I read another review stating that the 90% chocolate squares weren't that bitter and more tolerable, however, I totally disagree with that as I couldn't even finish the square of chocolate. No flavor to them and super bitter for the plain 90% cocoa squares (only get those if you know you've eaten that type before and can tolerate) On the other hand, I really loved the 70% Sea Salt squares and was able to eat multiple in one sitting. Each come individual wrapped which is perfect to take on go and for snacking without making a mess and storage purposes. For future purchases, I know I will just purchase the 70% Sea Salt squares of these now only instead of this multi pack. It was worth a try though. These are great snacks for allergy friendly such as myself as they don't contain soy in them and natural ingredients, so I understand the price is usual more for better quality items. Another item I can recommend for people looking for soy free (but milk chocolate bar would be Theo 45% milk chocolate bar) which is another amazing item.

Delicious dark chocolate mint, not overly sweet. Could be a great addition to the table with after-dinner coffee. I call it “grownup’s chocolate”. A little pricey but great quality. 🤎🤎🤎
