This is a wonderful product. It has been 2 days since that I started using this product and I am amazed at the quick results. I am seeing an immense difference in my fingers' strength, flexibility and pain. If you have arthritis use this product be patient, take your time, there is pain but you will feel like ( where has this product been all my life ), literally. I rated the item 5 for easy to use as in the instructions but they are slightly difficult at first especially when you spread your fingers and squeeze (muscles under worked/overworked/weak and need strengthening) I bought this product because my fingers were aching from crocheting and for my tendinitis. It is fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone using their hands and fingers constantly. It is comfortable to put on my tiny fingers. Except for my tiny one it was too big and so I had to push it down until if fit snug. You saved me a lot of money for Physical Therapy and a Cortisone shot in my finger and I am truly grateful for that. I took blood pressure medication and it killed the muscles in my fingers. The durability, too early to say that is why I left it empty but the product is extremely well made and not some cheap and flimsy material. Thank you for making this product. I purchased these originally for my son but when they arrived I liked them so much that I kept them for myself and ordered a second set. While using them at work one day one of my staff saw them and said that would be perfect for his wife's physical therapy and asked me to get him a set so I ordered a third set. This is all within the first week of getting my first set. I need to get a warehouse or sales commission at this rate.With that said...How about their actual use? The orange set is the weakest or beginning strength. It is not easy but it isn't too difficult either. I am still using that strength and hope to graduate to the grey one next which has a more difficult resistance to it. I tried the black ones once and realized "Nope! too strong, it will take me a month or so to graduate to that level. I need to start some bicep work so I don't start looking like Popeye now.

They work great for me. I use daily along with my eagle catcher ring. Never really worked my extension muscles so i feel a nice change now (week 3)I use these at work in the moments between moments. The set came with one for each hand on each level so I split the bag with my Pop. He's getting good use and improving his grip for bowling. I have hotdog fingers and they stretch over my digits just fine. None have broken so far.The one bad thing that has occurred is the material giving off a horrid odor. I have a sensitive nose and never noticed it until today (3weeks after purchase). I don't see any other review saying anything about odor so maybe I got the freak batch. Currently soaking them soapy water to see if that helps.

Just got mine in the mail. Initial reaction is the resistance is good and will be a good workout for my hands but like several others have mentioned the finger holes are too small and it cuts off circulation after a few minutes. Also its not labeled for which is the least resistant and which is the most resistant. It seems like goes from lightest to darkest color correlate from least resistant to most resistant respectively

I was thrilled to find this device. Every once in a while, my hands will ache. I discovered that using resistance to open your hands makes the pain go away. Because we are mostly inclined to close our hands (into a fist) rather than open them, the muscles weaken. It is necessary to open the hand with resistance to strengthen the muscles. I was using a taut rubber band at first, but they are really hard to find. This device works great.

Waited to review until the 30lb band broke. After daily use, one of the orange bands snapped after 9 months. Time to move onto the grey bands. Very happy it lasted that long and also very happy with how strong my forearms have become during that period. I can type all day and lift heavy every day and no longer have pain in my wrists and elbows from overuse.

Broke a bone in my right hand 5 years ago and have had a weak grip ever since. This is helping with my finger strength a lot. Light blue is least resistance but its gonna take a few weeks to move up to the darker blue! I have large man fingers and the rubber does cut off the circulation pretty quick. Im sure this will lessen with time but it is uncomfortable and takes getting used to. If you just barely push them over the finger nails it is less uncomfortable. A must buy because it works, there are 3 levels and there are 2 sets! I gifted one set to my dad for his tennis elbow issue (from golfing too much) which I also have from swinging a softball bat (200 times one day) too much. A MUST BUY!

They come in 3 pairs, supposedly a pair each of 3 different strengths, with red being the lightest and black being the hardest. I haven't tried the black ones, but the red ones are 2 different strengths and the gray ones are too. The difference is substantially noticeable, which doesn't speak well for quality control.Having said all that they work.

I found them extremely easy to use, and helped strengthen my fingers as i play guitar, and golf, and have suffered with arthritis as I get older, but using these grips made a difference.
