I bought this air fryer originally, 6.8qt, a bigger capacity than others for under $100. I do like this fryer and for the price I paid for it, it was a bargain. I would say this size air fryer is perfect for a 1-3 person family, as well as an excellent instrument for introduction to air frying. It cooks great and clean up with this fryer is an absolute cinch, not just 5 stars, but 10 stars for clean up, as the cooking basket has a nonstick coating so no scrubbing needed at all, just hand washing with soap and water. Food is cooked quickly and I was in awe how much time was saved using this air fryer. I am new to air frying, so I didn't realize that I couldn't cook everything at the same time and I would have to reload it. I bought silicone baskets and also paper liners, alternating between using each, which really are not necessary with this unit. Yes, it does come with a metal tray with silicone bumpers, but it was hard to create a second level and remove that when hot. I bought another metal tray with a handle so I can lift it out easily, but still, I needed a larger capacity for my family meal preparation. I bought a 2-tiered metal rack too. The rack gave me the ability to add extra levels to cook more food at a time...But, a few days later, I found myself bitten by the air fryer bug, so I ordered a much bigger air fryer, as I have a big family of eaters and I no longer want to keep reloading food inside to cook in batches. I will give this one to my son and his girlfriend who are just starting out and it will be perfect for them along with the extras I bought in an attempt to make this air fryer fit my needs better. Nevertheless, this still remains a great air fryer for its ease of use with quick cooking times and even quicker clean up. The capacity of this air fryer not properly accommodating my family meals is my own fault, not RAMJOY's as the machine does a fine job of cooking. I love not using as much cooking oil to prepare meals and no longer having to spend so much time cooking.

Unfortunately, the air fryer has stopped working on January 21, 2026, not even a year after purchase. Our family consists of four members, and we do most of our cooking on the stove, so the air fryer has seen limited use. Given the circumstances, we are disappointed that the product has failed so soon. We may use it once or twice a week. There were also weeks where we didn’t use it at all. That’s not nearly enough to cause the unit to stop working. We would appreciate it if you could arrange for a replacement of this air fryer. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

I love this machine does everything it says on it from air fryer to broil and other settings and nice and wide 6 quarts can fit a whole chicken! The thing is I was carrying it from table to counter and the handle has broken off! How can I get a replacement part ? Please I just need the handle replacement piece. Or do I need the whole drawer ? Please help
