how to use as water heater ???

Cannot be used to heat water. It is can be used to control flow of cold water and mix with hot water to control temperature of water, coming down from Solar heater system to safe temperature levels.

What is this valve? How it works? How it fitted?

It works on 12 V power supply. It will open the water supply when switched on
