Just plain good oil produced by a family with along history of good evoo. I keep returning to this oil for dressings and finishing dishes and love it. Nice grassy front end with a nice not too strong pepper finish.

After learning about how to choose a good EVOO, I purchased three different brands from different regions. This one is best. It has stronger flavor with bitterness and peppery taste. It is how a good olive oil should be. I will stick with this one from now on. The bottle arrived safely with nicely packaged.

My husband and I enjoy our salads with vinegar and oil. Its color is a pronounced yellow and is for eating not cooking. You also can put it on your toasted Italian bread with rubbed garlic and grated tomato. If you choose to use an avacado, it’s great with that . We sometimes use only grated cheese melted on it and eat it that way . It’s up to you to eat it as you please since olive oil is good for our health and this is a very good one. We really love this one !

This is a great finishing olive oil for salads and even bread. I prefer stronger for pasta but I keep this in stock too. Great flavor.
