Montessori Science and Geography Workbook: Continent Studies, Physical Science, Botany and Zoology

This was my 1st purchase and I can’t wait to buy them all. 📚 It is a fantastic gem and 💎 I love that it is: -informative -easy read for anyone to learn about Montessori. -There is a variety of fun activities (cutting, pasting, coloring, tracing, etc.) -Each skill displayed is written clearly and any important vocabulary is in bold. -The design (illustration) of the book is detailed to perfection. -This is an excellent extension for Science/Geography lessons being taught.

It's grand as a starting point. There are some gaps in the material. A lot of country flags missing across the material. No landmarks mentioned at all for Africa. Yet there are plenty. Peninsula and gulf completely omitted from land and water forms.a few of the cut and paste images not easy for a child to determine what is actually of significance in the image. Could do with some review and some updating.

It’s a lovely book~! I bought it for a travel to my hometown and my 4yo prefers it in the carry than the checked in luggage. He immediately had so many questions. I was hesitant at first to introduce pages to him because images have no color yet and I thought he may not be interested but he was very curious with almost everything! I look forward to this~!! (I am not from the US so I am not sure how to introduce the states part. )

This is exactly what I was looking for. We use this to complement the science activities we are doing in our homeschool. It is also great for when we are traveling or out of the house. It has inspired so much curiosity and learning in our home. My four year old loves it!! Beautiful illustrations, easy to follow instructions and a huge variety of subjects!!
