Happy hubby, happy life. My husband added this on to his regiment and has helped him a quick burst of strength based exercises throughout the day. I've also taken a liking to them and how easily adjustable this entire set is. Since I'm pregnant I've been doing my strength training lighter but I'll be ready to join my husband once we pop!****We've had the whole set for about 2 years now, works as great as day one, fits perfectly on its stand (purchased separately and worth the cost), and again easy to use and assemble through out your workout! I love that it barely takes up space so hubby can use it whenever he wants!

Great adjustment to my powerblocks. You can't go wrong with adding this to your 50lb dumbbells.

I have a pair of 50lb Powerblock Sport 9.0s. I’ve been wanting to find an expansion for them for years without success. I took a chance on these and discovered they do in fact work! The 9.0s slide into the EXP 50-70s with ease. There is no gap along the top. The plates of the expansion are angled slightly less than the plates of the 9.0s, so they leave a slight gap at the bottom. This doesn’t appear to cause any functionality issues. They have about as much wiggle as the other 9.0 plates. They are shaped slightly differently along the bottom but still make level contact with the ground. 100% functional. Very very pleased!

I added this stage 3 to my old Sport EXP 70 (stage 1 and 2 sport exp power blocks). It fits but the angle is different. Other people posted pictures. When I got these from Amazon I pulled the tops of the weights apart so the angle matches up better. It's functional but doesn't look great. One of the weights is a little tighter so it sometimes sticks on one side. It's a little annoying but I'm happy paying about $100 less than buying my amazon warehouse used set rather than direct from power block.Powerblock really jacked up their prices to screw us consumers these last couple years. I'm sure their profits have been through the roof the past couple years. I hope they crash down now that they're price gouging and other dumbbells are coming to market and they have more competition.

I had a hard time deciding on this product. I’m use to regular dumbbells that I can drop when ever I go really heavy. I was in between these and ironmasters but these where available while the ironmasters where not. I was also skeptical on how good my grip would be with it being plastic and no knurling. I went for it anyways and I couldn’t be happier I first got the 50lb set and soon after got the expansion kits to 90lb which for me is suffice and the stand. I’ve had to learn not to drop the weights which is not a bad practice because it will strengthen my core but other than that it’s being great . The grip is very comfortable(and a bit beefy) and the weights are about the same size if not more compact than regular dumbbells with comparable weights. I have regular dumbbells from 5lb- 30lb with rubber coating and I typically go with the power blocks when I’m around that weight I find them more comfortable and get a better grip. I wish the stand would be about 10” taller I’m not tall I’m 5’8” and I find it too short especially when grabbing the 90s. This looks like a very durable set up it’s mostly metal with some plastic but it’s a wonder what you can use plastic with these days. Now let’s talk about for who this is not for it’s not for someone who drops weights and it’s not for a outdoor set up these things will not last under those conditions. I have a garage gym and I’m very pleased with this setup and highly recommend it don’t be intimidated because it’s different.
