I've been using this Color Silk Dark Brown color for awhile now. Great price and the product works well with excellent coverage of greys. That said, the color is closer to Black than to Dark Brown. I prefer a softer shade (a true Dark Brown) so will experiment with another of their colors in the Brown range.

I am a husband, and if this is the stuff that makes my wife happy I’m on board and a regular customer. Have been purchasing this through Amazon and can always count on it being there and in stock. I love the way my wife looks when she colors her hair and especially the way she feels after she colors her hair, as they say “happy wife happy life.”

I’ll be honest, I was hopeful but not expecting much at this price point. I have longer hair and need 3 boxes to dye and just wasn’t feeling like spending $30+ on my normal brand. I’ve been using the same dye since I was a teenager and I’m well into my 30’s now. But, that changed today! Although, longevity is tbd, I have a feeling this is my new go to! When I usually dye my hair (dark brown), the color comes out super dark, almost black. And stays that way a good two or so weeks and looks almost matte with little shine. This is not the case here! Its a beautiful dark brown like the box shows and looks super healthy! I’ll update in a month if the color fades too quickly. You get more than what you pay for with this purchase. Buy it!! UPDATE: It’s been nearly 2 months now and while my hair is starting to grow out, the color is not brassy or faded in anyway. It’s still as beautiful as the day I dyed it. 100% worth the purchase!
