A good buy
Just what I needed for engraving a chopping board. Arrived next day. Perfect!

These SpeTool V-groove bits are a fantastic addition to any CNC setup. The 30° angle is ideal for fine lettering, detailed engraving, and decorative edge work in hardwoods and softwoods alike. I’ve run them through maple, cherry, and MDF, and the results are consistently crisp and clean. The TiAIN coating noticeably reduces heat and pitch buildup, which helps maintain edge sharpness over long runs. The 4-flute design gives a smoother finish than standard 2-flute bits, especially on intricate passes. Shank fit is precise—no wobble, no chatter. For anyone doing sign-making, inlay work, or precision carving, this 5-pack delivers excellent value and performance. Highly recommended for serious woodworkers and CNC hobbyists who want reliable, repeatable results.

Good cutter, the machine I put it in though needs an upgrade to be able to use it. Although I can use a 1/4in collet to hold it, I found the 3018 Pro has too much run out with the stock spindle. With the 1/4in cutter, the run out problem is intolerable.

I bought these after I had another brand break on me. I had no issues with these on gnocchi boards. I made 20 or so boards (each with 15ish cuts) and it cut like a champ. If I made more boards I would use a brand new one because it felt like it was dulling towards the end (still cut decently though). To make sure the tip does not snap off, go very slow and controlled at the start. Once the cut is started, you can speed up quite a bit Cant beat the price and the tip stayed strong unlike the other brand I bought
