I absolutely love all of these sauces. The hot honey siracha is my go to though. It is the perfect blend of spicy and sweet that complements pretty much any food you could think of for hot sauce. The honey mustard has a wonderful flavor also but it is a little bit on the runny side for my preference. It still tastes delish, but could be slightly thicker. Bufflao blue cheese has a wonderful flavor, it is really only specific for chicken wings/airfired chicken bites unless your a lover of blue cheese. the only real probelm I have is the price point per oz..at 10$ per bottle it is very small hopefully as the company gets more sales the consumer will see a decrease in price or an increase in size that reflects 10$...I will still buy it bc they are great and I love supporting the good guys this is just my FFT on the sauces, hope it helps

Flavor is pretty good on most. The BBQ sauce has a little of that fake sugar taste that I don't love, but I really like the honey mustard. My wife loves the flavor of the blue cheese buffalo. Sauces are little more watery than I expected, although I suppose it is to be expected given the extreme low calories. For weight loss and keep those extra calories with sauces out, these are a great product. Would be interested in some new flavors.

These are awful. Maybe i got a bad batch or maybe they spent too much time in the heat of at UPS truck but they all just taste like vinegar to me. I kept them in the fridge a few days and tried again. Still awful. Threw them in the trash, complete waste of money.

My husband thinks these are great. A good variety of flavors makes it so that you can have the same meal (we’re on a diet) but the meal doesn’t get too boring because the flavors are so different. There’s a good amount of sauce in each bottle, too. This means that you get more than just one or two uses from each bottle.

I would rate the Buffalo Blue Cheese 4/5 stars. It loses one star because it doesn't have a ton of buffalo flavor and is more of a blue cheese sauce. That said, it's tasty and the blue cheese flavor tastes like actual blue cheese.But the Spicy Garlic Parm I would rate 2/5 stars. I can't put my finger on it, but something tastes off about this sauce to me, and I love both garlic and parmesan, so I had high hopes for it.

The variety pack is awesome. Cherry BBQ is my favorite. 10 calories per serving is better than anything you’ll find at the grocery store. My bench PR doubled overnight - Buy it!

If you're trying to cut calories and enjoy your sauces then these are worth a shot.The main ingredient in the three that I purchased is a form of pepper sauce and while it adds a nice heat it does make the initial taste seem very similar to each other.That being said, the buffalo blue cheese is a nice flavor which has a strong blue cheese vibe. The siracha sauce is what you would expect. A little heat and some sweetness. The garlic parmesan was my least favorite of the three.
