Excellent , comfy from inside but tough from outside , great grip on dumbs, bars n machine push/pulls .The strap are tight n we'll balanced, the gel cushon has helped me with my left palm which is weak n i often give up as the grip fails me , but these gloves keep me going .I am a bit fidgety on gloves and changed three in the last two months but this is a good one.A great product for heavy n mild weights
